Campus Security Authorities

Campus Security Authorities are individuals who have significant responsibility for student and campus activities. They are required by law to report crimes that they become aware of to CSUPD. More information about who is and who is not a Campus Security Authority, and what they are required to do, is available in this letter. A training video for Campus Security Authorities is available to CSU employees. You may be required to login to Office 365 using your CSU eID followed by "@colostate.edu" (e.g. ename@colostate.edu - not your email) and eID password.

"At-Risk" Training for University Faculty and Staff

"At Risk" is an online, interactive gatekeeper training simulation used at more than 100 campuses nationwide. In this 45-minute training, faculty and staff learn the common indicators of psychological distress and how best to approach an at-risk student for referral to the counseling center.
