Clean Access software requires an installed and up-to-date anti-virus and anti-spyware security program. Anti-virus definitions must be current(within 7 days of the current date) and Anti-spyware definitions must be maintained within 14 days of the current date. The following is a list of commonly used anti-virus/anti-spyware software products that are known to work with Clean Access and are supported by the Housing Technology Help Desk.
