During this meeting, we will discuss the Human Resources section of the Brand Champion Timeline.



As discussed in the January 31, 2014 meeting, here is the homework sheet for the Human Resources section:

The Brand Champion website is updated after each meeting, and is always available for your use.

  • On the main page of the Brand Champion Website, there is a Suggestion Forum. We encourage you to use this feature of the site, it can be a great place to post ideas and suggestions for the Brand Champion community.
  • You need to be logged in to view the Suggestion Forum.
    • Just click ‘Sign In’ at the bottom of the Brand Champion Website, and log in with your eID and password.
    • Please let Russ (Russell.Dickerson@colostate.edu) know if you have any problems seeing the Brand Champion Suggestion Forum


  • We will push all final graphics to the student population Monday after break, and a final graphic will be chosen the Wednesday after Break.
    • The graphics will go out via social media and each of you are welcome to send to your individual department populations.
    • UPDATE:  Only the top graphic and a “text only” Lory Student Center Graphic will go out to the student population.
  • We created a poll on LSC Internal Communication Themes at http://www.sc.colostate.edu/brand-champion-theme-poll.aspx.
    • Please send in your short 1-2 sentence descriptions to your theme idea, and we will add those to the website.o
    • Voting will open on the Monday after spring break and close by Friday that same week.
    • Encourage your staff to participate in the voting.
    • This link is for internal LSC use only; please do not send it out to the public (through social media or other means).

Customer Service:

  • Start thinking about what does your department need?
    • Set a meeting with department Director, Brand Champion and Doni to figure out what your department needs for your Guidebook and other customer service items like brochures, updated graphics, shirts, etc.
  • We are planning for the following:
    • Brochure that highlights all building features
      • With slot to add specific information for your department
      • Your department graphics with the “at the Lory Student Center” moniker
    • Custom notepads
    • eSignatures
      • People can add extra details or information to eSignatures, but continue to have overall look & feel across the LSC
      • eSignatures are not required, but are strongly suggested
    • LSC Guidebook (HR department will update twice yearly)
      • Initial department guidebook (departments will update twice yearly)
      • Website for the LSC Guidebook
      • PDF for guidebook on website
      • One hardcopy guidebook per department by request
